There was this guy trying to chat me up on Instagram a few weeks ago. He was hot too, but WAY too forward, and so i just wasn't interested - we'd never met or anything, and he was a bit too pushy in arranging a meet up. I kinda stopped answering him, and TBH forgot about him (found out tonight, he unfollowed me too, tragic!) he'd originally found me via tinder... Yes I have a tinderwinder, soznotsoz! Never am on it these days though..
Today, my friend and I were talking about disastrous dates we've had, and she said do NOT use tinder, are thinks POF is better... Anyway, she was talking about her one and only tinder date, a guy she thought was dodgy, and 'didn't have a facebook' #RedFlag. She also said she never thought she knew his real name. Basically, she then read out the four digits of his snapchat name, and I went white.. Yep, it was my Instagram guy! She dated him a few months back briefly, and described him as hot, but dodgy, and warned me to stay away. I didn't need asking twice. My friend did the digging - he has a girlfriend. She found his ACTUAL FB, with his real name, and sent him the screenshot. He went psychotic and panicked, telling her not to tell his GF. #issues
Tinder is such a bad app. You get hardly any room to actually write anything about yourself and it's all about pictures. How are you meant to know whether you're compatible based on that!
