The first of Blood vs Water!

The Survivor: Failure of the week is... John!

This one goes without saying. Obviously we see an edited version of the show, but he didn't even seem to give much attention to actually looking for the idol. In my opinion, it was because he was too afraid that people would see him as a target. Obviously, the effect was the complete opposite, and it made him seem that much more shady, leading people to believe that he did in fact have the idol. He was a bit too gullible and didn't seem to really understand how to strategically build trust with anyone aside from Brad.

The Survivor: Player of the week is... Vytas!

The way he's handling every strategic scenario is truly a site to see from someone who hasn't yet played the game before-- then again, it seems to run in the family. Brad thinks that he's in control of the tribe, but behind the scenes it's clear that he is gaining animosity among his fellow alliance of men. Vytas on the other hand is pulling strings the right way, and allowing Brad to take the heat for what he wants to happen. Definitely a contender to go deep within the game.

The Survivor: Favorite of the week is... Aras!

Aras man, he was my favorite going in, and he's living up to the high bar I set for him. What really sold me was during the challenge when he showed Vytas mercy and gave him a chance to start over and fight him fairly. Vytas however had other plans (as would anyone with sense) and tried to take Aras down the only way he possibly could. Clearly, Aras didn't like this, and didn't hold back. Additionally, Aras is in a majority alliance full of people that are simple to control-- and I can definitely see Vytas and Aras merging and doing some serious damage come merge.
