You kind of contradicted yourself here. You stated that you didn't include 40% of the current cast because they "aren't a part of the game" or "have no strategic input or mind". However, you also said that "this is rated on personal opinions not strategic game". So, why would the fact that the people you chose not to include aren't playing as aggressively affect your "opinion" on them?
I respect the game of survivor way too much to favor someone not playing a strategic game. That being said, I do think LJ and Spencer are about on par to playing the current best strategic games and additionally I find them very likeable. I do however think Tony would be the third in a pure strategic list, so this list basically takes my favorites, which inevitably are strategic players, and then I rank them based on how much I like them.
