A non-livefeeders opinions

Jun 28, 2014 by RobM
But I do look up spoilers...

anyway, here's my opinion of every houseguest based off of the two episodes thus far.

Amber: Crazy eyes, honestly think she'll kill someone. I know every live-feeder says she's genuine and incredible and amazing but I honestly think she'll kill someone with her eyes.

Brittany: Her looks should take her far, and she seems very level-headed. I think she'll be a good player.

Caleb: Metro sexual cowboy. I haven't seen enough of him to like him, but he seems like a good guy. I know people were pissed at him pre-season for some homophobic language, but it's clear to me at least that he said it out of ignorance and not hatred.

Christine: She scares me. Honestly, I haven't formed any other opinion.

Cody: He seems cool, but definitely isn't smart enough to play a good strategic game.

Derrick: Looks just like a cop. Seems to abrasive to make it far with a level head and a quality game.

Devin: Waaaaaaayyy too noticeable to make it deep within the game. The only thing going for him currently is the twist, but he's still way vulnerable to back-door plans.

Donny: He seems very Chicken George esq, and I love characters like that. Will he make it deep into the game? Maybe, and maybe not. No one should really nominate him, as he's so clearly the antithesis of a threat, at least this early in the game.

Frankie: I enjoy him. He seems like a more outspoken person, and I think that'll be fun to watch. However, he also seems like someone very very involved in strategy. Perhaps another Andy minus the little kid clothes.

Hayden: If you graduated with a 4.0 and are on the deans list, why do you drive a petty cab? I'd like to think that he's maybe just doing this during the summer before College starts again, but something tells me no.

Jocasta: Whore gone preacher? Neither of those things will help you in Big Brother except in pissing everyone off.

Joey: She seems cool, but I haven't seen enough of her to form a strong opinion. Team America, though.

Nicole: "What does El Cuatro mean" I don't want any more bimbos playing Big Brother -_-

Paola: I don't want any more bimbos playing Big Brother -_-

Victoria: The strangest looking person ever. Why do the ugliest people tend to be the cockiest?

Zach: Oh god. He's trying so hard to be like Dr. Will and it pisses me off because it's so clearly forced and he's just making an ass out of himself. Moron.

As for the twists this season:

I don't dislike the 2 HoH's 4 Nominee's then the new challenge deal, because I think it was an effort to make it a real "non-floater" summer. Unlike last summer. Which just made it floater central. Really, what the fuck were they thinking would happen? Anyway, this time it makes sense for the HoH to put up weak people in order to make sure their nominations stay in place, and not to have a strong person come after them the next week. My few complaints about the twist are that it makes it way more likely for a strong player to be back-doored, and it really is just in favor of strong competitors making it far, which isn't normally the case in Big Brother. The strategic players are really what make Big Brother a decent show.

I do dislike the Team America twist. Uhg, don't put all the favorites in the same alliance and have them work together it just pisses me off because it's too much viewer influence on the game and it reveals way too much to the houseguests. WAY TOO MUCH.

Anyway, the cast doesn't look like shit, so we have that going for us which is nice.
