yes, free DDOSing software could take down Tengaged. it's probably as easy to take down as any low traffic website as they don't take server power to run & keep running.
Tengaged is probably simply run off a computer with decent upload that can be taken down whenever, it's surprising that someone is there to make sure it stays up to be honest.
so yeah, Team Cobra or whatever is a silly joke attempting to be a Lizard Squad-- and Lizard Squad is just a cheap knockoff of Anonymous... so take that as you will.
