Everyone on tengaged is subscribed to this list. When ever someone wants to spam their shop, design, or group game they can check a box in mail and it will be sent to everyone on that list at one.
For people who do not want to be bombarded with spam they can click an unsubscribe button and be taken off the list. This would be the only method allowed to spam.
This makes it easy for shop owners or game hosts to reach the public and allows for those who do not want spam to avoid it.

that centralises spam and there would be literally 100s of messages a day for those who dont uncheck making it terrible to keep on and nobody would be subscribed to it
