I'm getting pretty scared. I've been here since May of 2010. And I remember discovering Stars, and I remember making it a goal to someday play in one. I've waited almost five years. And it's here. It's now. And I'm just afraid that I'll do something to fuck it all up.

The main thing is that you need to be active on Skype and participate in calls as much as you can, ShazamMcAmazing. And any move which gets you further is not a wrong move.
Everyone is playing their own selfish game, so be careful with who you trust.
