- Anyone unemployed for more than 3 of the previous 36 months
- Anyone currently unemployed
- Anyone ever convicted of a crime
- People born outside of wedlock
- Anyone who doesn't have a university degree
- Anyone who currently takes any prescription medication, regardless of the reason.
- People who cannot trace their bloodline on their father's side for 5 generations and their mother's for 3 generations
- If within the last 5 (father's) or 3 (mother's) generations any ancestor is proven to be: ethnic minority, mentally ill, no university degree, born outside of the country or born outside of wedlock then that person cannot vote
