it cost me like £3 and honestly I am so disappointed, I keep reading how TS3 is just SOOOO much better than TS4 but honestly it really isn't. Maybe it is just because I am only playing the base game, but the graphics are really sucky and I just can't get into it like I did TS1, 2 and 4.

I've played both. Both have flaws but ts3 wins because ts4 is unplayable. Ts4 has its amazing cas, I'll give it that. The create a sim feature is without a doubt the best. And genetics are flawless. But the gameplay sucks. Small towns, loading screen every time they go anywhere. Doesn't feel real. Ts3 throws you in a huge town with so much interactions. The town is real in ts3. Every sim has a job and a house. You'll get your newspaper delivered by a child sim every morning, it's just so fun.
Ts4? Nope. The social service lady on ts4 came to steal my baby, bitch didn't even have a name. No realism there. For now ts4 wins graphics but ts3 is more fun. Ts5 will have a combo of both so I'm so excited!
EA made the Sims 4 Base Game with barely anything because they have a crap tonne of Stuff/Game Packs and Expansions with the stuff that should be in the base game.
