Doing a blog series during my rewatch of The Amazing Race 13. Basing each team off of the episode aired so previous episodes will not factor in.
This episode wasn't that great at all so the write ups aren't really long for this one compared to recent episodes.
8th-Kelly/Christy
It seems as though they can only talk about one specific topic at a time and once they find something new to talk about, that is all they talk about. First they constantly talked about their exes and now everything is about Nick/Starr. Are their lives that boring that they have to result to just one topic every two episodes? Ugh they are just annoying as fuck!
7th-Terence/Sarah
Terence is just....weird. Like needing you girlfriend to touch your disgusting looking hair for good luck? And then Sarah doing it and not feeling awkward at all about it? I'm glad these two weirdos found each other because damn they are a perfect match!
6th-Nick/Starr
They are still being painted as the evil team...the bad guys of the race. Their battle with Kelly/Christy is getting old only because Kelly/Christy are just stupid and it seems they like to prey upon stupid people. Maybe they will change into the good kind of bad people where it will actually be fun to root FOR them! Right now though, I'm far from rooting for them to win.
5th-Andrew/Dan
They had like once confessional where Dan was explaining how he has to be a better teammate towards Andrew and that Andrew feels left out yada yada yada. Pretty boring team if you ask me and I thought they were some big standout team....guess not so far.
4th-Ken/Tina
I'm really missing the Bad Girl Tina. The Tina that talks shit and doesn't give a shit is my favorite one. I mean I'm glad they are working out their problems along the race, but can you at least keep that sass with you as well and give us some great one liners every once in awhile? You're starting to lose your spark that I fell in love with at the beginning of the season. Although it was nice watching her brave her fear of heights < 3
3rd-Aja/Ty
This was their episode and they delivered! They had their personal fights about Aja being too worried and hasty resulting in her getting too frustrated all the time, but then she learns and is trying to work on it < 3 Ty not knowing how to fix a tire...this episode was dedicated to them and they did not disappoint!
2nd-Toni/Dallas
They are still easily probably the best team on the race so far and I don't see that changing anytime soon! I love the encouragement they give one another and I love how each one is learning more about one another. They are such a great team < 3
1st-Marisa/Brooke
They were flawless entertainment wise < 3 I LOVE THE BLONDES!!! From Marisa's "Are their blondes in New Zealand" line to Brooke being afraid to grab the tribal picture with the guy scaring her, they were gold and thus why they took the number one spot! It was so painful watching them be eliminated too
