With Fluttershy returning to the game from Redemption Island and the 12 remaining players getting merged, the stereotypes that was left was 7 heroes and 5 villains, at least originating from the two starting tribes. However, it only seemed like a few players were still bothering to stick with those that they started the game out with. Cartman, Roger and Ursala were the three villains that wanted to stick with their fellow villains, while Fluttershy, Kuki and Omi wanted to stick with just heroes. This left Batman, Kaiba, Patrick, Pikachu, Trixie and Yugi as the only six who actually wanted to do whatever it took to win the game and not just stick with those they began the game with.
Cartman and Roger, the two dimmest males left in the game (and both being villains), attempted to force Kaiba into manipulating Yugi to be an extra number while the three villain males made the final three, not realizing Kaiba's deal with Yugi was already set. Ursala, being the very clever female villain she was, knew just how shady her fellow male villains were, so she tried to sway Trixie into coming back to the villains and saying that females always ruled in games of survival and one of them would surely win if they stuck together. Trixie, however, began to loathe being told what to do by this point, and after Ursala once more tried to manipulate her, she angrily began to go around and yell at everyone to vote her off once and for all. This, of course, started chaos around the camp.
As Trixie verbally attacked Ursala and called her out for her lying BS in front of everyone, Omi joined Trixie's side and assisted her in attacking Ursala and ridiculing her. Ursala, of course, attacked the twosome back, but then began to attack Cartman, Kaiba and Roger as well for not coming to her aid. Kaiba coolly informs Ursala that she's digging her own grave by succumbing to Trixie's attacks, while Cartman just spouts random insults and Roger mocks everyone involved, regardless of where they stood. Realizing that she was now on her own, Ursala knew she had to win immunity to stay alive.
Ironically, two villains ended up winning the two immunity necklaces, but neither one was Ursala. Instead it was Cartman and Roger, which baffled everybody due to no one expecting the two stupidest males left in the game to somehow win immunity. Thanks to them winning immunity, both boys got to decide which two players they would send to Exile Island and keep safe from the upcoming vote. Just to spite Ursala, both boys agreed to send Trixie to Exile Island, and shockingly picked Fluttershy to join her. This made both ponies safe from the vote, and allowed them to bond at long last on Exile Island.
Knowing they had to vote out two players tonight, and neither Cartman nor Roger could be eliminated, the remaining players almost unanimously agreed that Ursala would be the first one to go. However, when it came to talking about the second one, that is what began to stir up trouble. Kuki and Omi argued that Kaiba should go, since regardless if he may have helped out Yugi, he was still a snobby, rude, selfish rich guy and could care less about anyone except himself, and the heroes should all make it to the end together. While Yugi could understand their concerns, he didn't want to go against Kaiba, since he just wasn't that mean. Realizing he needed a scapegoat for this one, Kaiba saw an opening when he noticed Patrick on the beach, hiding something that he had just found. While what Patrick found was really just a shiny seashell, Kaiba instead lied to everyone else that he saw Patrick find a hidden immunity idol, so they should try to get him to use it at the vote.
At the first tribal council, while Ursala attacked everyone and tried to stir the pot as best as she could, it was otherwise uneventful. Ursala was voted out unanimously 9-1 and sent to Redemption Island. She made sure to tell off the snickering Cartman and Roger for voting against her, since it proved just how idiotic they were. At the second vote, while Kuki and Omi continued to make the pitch against Kaiba since he was a villain, Kaiba calmly just stated that he had informed everyone of the person who had found an idol, and if they were smart they would vote for them. Kuki, Omi and Patrick all ignored Kaiba and voted for him, but Batman, Cartman, Kaiba, Pikachu, Roger and Yugi all voted for Patrick instead. Patrick didn't play his idol, since he never had one, and was visually upset at getting voted out when he didn't do anything wrong. Regardless, he was sent to Redemption Island to join Ursala with a 6-3 vote.

With Fluttershy and Trixie returning from Exile Island, both shocked at the second elimination (they both had expected Ursala to go), it was time for the next challenge. Once more shocking the world and everyone in the game, Eric Cartman snagged his second straight individual immunity win.
