Following the subsequent eliminations of Ursala and Patrick, the merged tribe was feeling very mixed on what just happened. While everyone was glad that the main manipulator Ursala was gone, they didn't quite know how to feel about seeing Patrick voted out. Kuki makes it a point to angrily tell off Kaiba for lying about Patrick having an immunity idol when he clearly did not, to which Kaiba retorts that Patrick was simply too stupid to play it. Thanks to his usual calm, cool, collective demeanor, most everyone hesitantly agrees with Kaiba that Patrick simply did not think to use his idol, when in fact he never had one to begin with. Kuki is not pleased.
Upon returning from Exile Island, no one knowing if either Fluttershy or Trixie had found the Exile Island idol, the ponies asked around to find out what had happened. Kaiba informs them about Patrick finding an idol and thus he had to go to avoid drama, but Trixie finds this incredibly hard to believe, since it was stated that the only idols in the game would be found on Exile Island, and Patrick had never been there. Trixie has a chat with Batman, Fluttershy, Kuki and Omi about possibly getting the two Yu-Gi-Oh boys out, since clearly the darker half of the duo (Kaiba) could not be trusted. Omi doesn't really mind who goes next so long as it's a villain this time. With Pikachu being a reliable sixth, the group knew that they had the numbers to get either Cartman, Kaiba or Roger out next.
Once Cartman somehow won his second straight immunity, he had no problem rubbing it in everyone's face and once more spewing foul vulgarity for no reason whatsoever. Not fully using his brain, Cartman sent Trixie right back to Exile Island, since he hated ponies and he hated her. The remaining members of Trixie's group of five discussed whether to vote out Kaiba or Roger, with most of them saying Kaiba would be the smarter move since it would finally make Yugi stop relying on Kaiba so much. However, with how close Roger got to winning immunity yet again, this alerted the group as well and felt maybe it was best to send him to Exile Island to try and take out Ursala once and for all, since naturally Ursala would be wanting revenge and seeing her return to the game late would be a disaster.
At tribal council, Cartman continued to bash basically everyone and mock them profusely, ultimately ending his insulting speech on Fluttershy and saying that they should vote her out because ponies were gay. Naturally, nothing he said made any logical sense, and despite Fluttershy starting to cry, Kuki was quick to console her and Omi angrily attacked Cartman back for his rotten attitude. Batman explained that the game was really secondary in a lot of players' minds, and the labels of 'heroes' and 'villains' still reigned supreme in their heads. He went on to say those who did not deserve to be in the game should be eliminated and that's all there was to it. When it came to the vote, Cartman and Roger both voted for Fluttershy, but after informing Kaiba and Yugi of their decision, the two boys had no choice but to vote with the majority. Roger got the other seven votes, and the Doug star was sent to Redemption Island by a 7-2 vote.
On Redemption Island, Roger was very angry about getting voted out over a shy pony, and had no problem ganging up on Patrick with Ursala on venting his frustrations. Poor Patrick could do nothing against the wrath of both Roger and Ursala. When it came to the first merged Redemption Island duel, the two villains managed to dampen Patrick's mood so badly that he had no shot. Roger dominated the duel from start to finish, and much to the chagrin of the remaining players in the game, Ursala claimed second place. This eliminated Patrick Star from the game and made him the first member of the jury.

After Trixie returns from her second trip to Exile Island, the next challenge commences. Cartman taunts and harasses Fluttershy the entire time, which doesn't do much but make her cry at first. Then, when Cartman kicks a hermit crab out of the way while running on the beach during the challenge, Fluttershy explodes and uses her rage to dominate the challenge and swipe immunity from the South Park boy.
