After Russell's shocking elimination, Elissa was the only remaining season 2 player, and once more she felt alone and on the outs. Likewise, the three foolhardy Tengaged boys also felt annoyed. Nick Bradley called them sitting ducks for Ursala and her alliance to pick off one by one, and no one even sees that she's running the show. Thanks to Ursala's right-hand girl Heather winning immunity, Jim and the two Nicks went to work trying to get a few members of Ursala's alliance to flip. Viewing Fluttershy, Jack, Kuki and Lindsay as the easiest ones to manipulate, Jim had a man-to-man talk with Jack about blindsiding Ursala to show just how "powerful" he is. A big move is something everything respects when you're in the finale. Meanwhile, Nick Bradley and Nick Newman both tried to flirt with Lindsay to get her to flip, but she rejected them both, since Tyler was far better than either of them. They sent Elissa to talk to Fluttershy and Kuki, since she could relate to them better than they could.
Sensing that there could be some unrest among her alliance, and figuring Jack would reveal whatever she wanted, Ursala went and asked him if the Tengaged boys or Elissa had attempted to sway anyone from their alliance to go with them. Jack proudly informed her that they had indeed come and asked him about flipping, which made him incredibly proud that he was so important and that he was on top of things. Coming to the same consensus that the Tengaged boys did about her most 'influential' alliance members being Fluttershy, Kuki and Lindsay, Ursala grilled them as well about being spoken to. Jack overhears the whole thing, and eagerly reports back to the Tengaged boys and Elissa, intent on creating as much drama as possible. Pointing out just how mean and controlling Ursala was, the Tengaged boys asked Jack to vote with them and Elissa to get her out. Colby basically did nothing the whole episode, as he was not important.
At tribal council, Ursala's power in the game was questioned, to which Jack proudly interrupted and stated that HE was the one holding all the cards. Most everyone secretly rolled their eyes at this, but allowed Jack to think what he wanted. The Tengaged boys were asked if they felt they were on the outs. Elissa was asked if previous season relationships had an affect on the game. Finally, Jack was asked what the plan for tonight was, to which he stated that it was time to make a big move to really shake things up. As it turns out, Jack does indeed flip and votes with Elissa, Jim and the two Nicks to vote out Ursala. Fluttershy, Kuki and Lindsay all ultimately got influenced by Elissa to join in the huge blindside, and voted for Ursala, too. However, being one step ahead, Ursala pulled out her hidden immunity idol she had gotten back on the original Amazons Tribe. Then, to teach him a lesson about who was REALLY in charge and to not mess with her, Ursala got Heather and Colby to remain loyal and all three voted for Jack. This eliminated the enraged warrior and made him the second member of the jury by the vote of 3-0 after all eight other votes were negated.
After the biggest drama-maker in the game was eliminated, regardless if it meant Ursala had to use her idol and a member of her original alliance was downed, she still felt confident going into the next challenge. For the third straight time, a female did end up winning, but it wasn't Fluttershy, Heather or Ursala. It was Big Brother fan favorite Elissa.
