After a successful double-elimination for the females, which got both Jim and Nick Newman out of the game, Nick Bradley was the only one left. Figuring that a final five consisting of all females was now incredibly likely unless he won immunity, Nick did all he could to try and make himself seem like not a threat so the girls could spare him and turn on one another sooner rather than later. He spent time with each and every girl, trying to get on their good side. He cuddled Fluttershy and promised her that he would always care for every animal he ever came across. He played with Kuki and built sandcastles with her on the beach. He kissed up to Heather and called her the sexiest, most deadliest, most ruthless player to ever play Survivor OR Total Drama. He stroked Elissa's ego by telling her that she was a robbed goddess who played on a horrific season of Big Brother filled with racist, hateful bullies and how she was beloved by all of America. He then asked Lindsay out on a date, to which she said yes.
During their date, Lindsay ends up kissing Nick and telling him that he's a really great guy that made her laugh, which was one of her favorite qualities in a boy. Nick said the same thing about Lindsay, and the two shared another deep, passionate kiss. With this new-found romance driving him forward, Nick used this momentum to seize individual immunity and refuse to go home. Despite all of Nick's efforts to endear himself to the ladies, most of them were still upset that they now had to turn on one another instead of just going for the easy vote and saving themselves a night of stress. Heather asked Nick which girl he felt should leave, and Nick told Heather honestly that the biggest female threats left were her and Elissa. Realizing Nick was right, Heather got Fluttershy, Kuki and Lindsay together and tried to turn them against Elissa.
At tribal council, the five male jury members all hoot and holler when they see Nick wearing the immunity necklace. Knowing that a female was going, Nick was asked which girl he would be voting for. Being as candid as always, Nick bluntly stated that Fluttershy, Kuki and Lindsay weren't the masterminds that Elissa and Heather were, and considering how the jury was filled with males and how they always went gaga over a strong, mastermind woman, he said he would be targeting one of them. This led to Elissa and Heather having to plead their cases why they deserved to stay. Ultimately, the outsider Elissa's pleas fell on deaf ears, and she was the final season 2 player to be voted out for the second time and sent to the jury in a 5-1 vote.
