Suffering their second loss in three tries, the Google Plus Tribe were beginning to worry they were the inferior tribe, which was highly apparent regardless. Phil made sure to chew everyone except James and Matthew out for totally failing in the challenge, including Brittani and Christina both slowing the team down, and Ray and Shane for both failing to do the puzzle correctly. Rebecca made an amusing retort by listing the top 10 reasons why Phil is a loser, which Phil countered by explaining why Rebecca was a sellout who made money for making nothing but lazy lists. More and more Phil began to fight with the tribe, and refused to acknowledge that he was the cause of the problem at all.
Going back to the drawing board, James was joined by the other four members of his five-man alliance (Megan, Ray, Rebecca, Shane), and they discussed once more who to vote out between Brittani, Christina, Matthew or Phil. They immediately ruled out Matthew, since even though he was very weird and talked funny, he was a strong player. All five players listed good reasons why Brittani, Christina and Phil all should leave. Brittani was an incredibly devious player and was probably the smartest female manipulator in the game. Christina was just useless and lazy around camp. Phil, despite being one of the youngest players in the game, was fat and also pretty much useless, not to mention always picked fights with everybody. Shane then revealed that he had been given the Subscriber Idol for their tribal council, and since they had the numbers to do what they wanted, he would use the idol to give them an advantage in the next challenge. This meant they could eliminate a weak player, which meant either Christina or Phil.
At tribal council, Shane announced that he was using his idol to give his tribe an advantage in the next challenge. This prompted him to be asked if this meant he felt safe and if they were targeting a weak player tonight. He answered yes to both. When Phil was asked who the weakest player on the team was, he immediately point to Christina. Christina, of course, immediately pointed back at Phil. When Phil began to go off on a rant about the lack of functionality on the tribe, Matthew was asked why Phil believes this. Matthew gave a very long-winded and confusing theory on Phil either having a superiority complex, or having such low self-esteem that he had to take it out on everyone around him. Phil pretty much stated that he would punch Matthew if he didn't shut up. That little comment prompted Matthew to vote against Phil, as did Brittani and Christina. James' alliance, however, all voted against Christina. Phil joined them, and yet another female in Christina Grimmie was axed from the game in a 6-3 vote.

Thanks to Shane's idol being played to give them an advantage, the Google Plus Tribe managed to snag the next victory, continuing the pattern of each tribe taking turns going to tribal council.
