Stefani and Taylor, surviving yet another improbable challenge, were both ecstatic at the thought of both of them making the final three just by winning the final challenge. Stefani continued to mentor Taylor on becoming more confident and understanding who she really is, and slowly and surely Taylor grew more confidence and really felt she had a shot to win the game. Later, Stefani pointed out that there had only been one female winner in TDSC so far, which was the goddess pony Trixie Lulamoon, and that one of them could become the second if they got lucky. Figuring the other side would likely vote out either Marshall or Nicki, both girls started to plan on how they could possibly beat Justin in the finale, since they figured he would outlast both crazy rappers on his dwindling tribe.
After another loss that would pit both tribes at 2-2, Marshall went on yet another tirade around camp, but this time was more or less calling himself out and calling himself a failure about making them lose and causing one of them to not have a shot at the end. Nicki, ironically, also feels a bit of remorse at losing yet again, and knowing that she would likely have to vote out her favorite 'playmate' Marshall. Justin, knowing full-well that both Marshall and Nicki would vote against one another and he would be the deciding vote, went for a long walk along the beach to clear his head. Slowly and surely, he began to come to a sad realization, and while he didn't feel good about it, he realized that it was for the best.
At tribal council, before Marshall and Nicki could start to say anything, Justin spoke up and flat out asked them to vote him out next. At first, no one could understand what Justin was saying, especially the jury. When he was asked to clarify, Justin explained that he didn't deserve to win the game, or even reach the finale, over others who did deserve it. Justin continued to say that he had been hated from the very beginning of the game, and he knew that the entire world didn't want to see him reach the end and possibly win. He sadly explained that, while he had found a connection with God, his heart was telling him that both Marshall and Nicki deserved to have a shot to reach the end instead of him, and that he didn't deserve any money or anymore fame after all the stupid mistakes he had done in his life. He concluded by saying that playing the game was a good start on his rehabilitation, but he had made it as far as he felt he deserved. He didn't want to quit, so he asked to be properly voted out instead. Neither Marshall nor Nicki really wanted to do this, but ultimately when it came time to vote, both granted Justin's wish. While it was a miracle he made it as far as he did, Justin Bieber was finally voted out of the game (on his own wishes). He cast his vote for Marshall, but Marshall and Nicki voted for him, and sent him to the jury in a 2-1 vote.

Following Justin's noble sacrifice for the good of Marshall and Nicki, the two former rivals decided to put their differences aside and go out guns blazing in the final immunity challenge to not let Justin's wish to go waste, and so that both of them could make the finale. While Stefani and Taylor were flabbergasted that Justin was gone, Marshall and Nicki didn't reveal the exact reasoning behind his elimination, wanting to keep it to themselves. Combined with their passion to win the final challenge and the Dark Horse tribe's lack of energy after the shocking vote, both Marshall and Nicki pulled out the final immunity win of the twisted season, vaulting both of them into the final three where they both could have a chance to win.
