This is my opinion, so if yours is different, good for you.
Okay, coming in at #9 is... Beth.
Beth is apart of the Greene family from the Farm in Season 2, she is 1 of 6 people on the Farm, along with her Father Hershel, her Sister Maggie, her Boyfriend Jimmy, and Otis and Patricia, they're neighbors/friends. She is the whiny, crybaby, annoying teenage girl in the beginning. She tries to kill herself while Andrea was suppose to be watching her, but she then decided she wanted to live after she cuts her wrist, she then made it off the farm when it was overrun with T-Dog and Lori after Patricia was ripped from her arms and eaten alive by the walkers. She then was with the group when they made it to the prison and lived there for the whole time, mostly killed the walkers through the fences and distracting them when people went in and out from runs but her biggest job was keeping an eye on Judith and watching her, once the prison fell, her and Daryl got out together and stayed together for a majority of the time until they were separated when the house they were staying at got overrun. Beth woke up in a hospital where she was picked up by some cops, she was later almost raped by one of them and then saved Carol when she was brought in by the same cops when they hit her with their car. Rick then kidnapped two of Dawn's people (the head bitch in charge of the cops), they then trade evenly 2 for 2, until Beth finally realized what Dawn is all about and stabbed her in the shoulder with scissors, causing Dawn to fire off her gun, killing Beth on instant.

and finally someone on tengay who doesn't see Beth as the 2nd coming of Christ, she's a good character and deserves the number 9 spot but I'm glad she isn't any higher
