You're forgetting Rob Cesternino. He originally applied for Big Brother, but the producers came to him and instead offered him a spot on Survivor.

Although he wasn't actually approached by producers, Frankie James Grande applied for Survivor several times, and then for this season, he decided to instead apply for Big Brother, successfully, as you can obviously tell.
