I went out of my way to buy healthy peanut butter. All it had was peanuts, salt, and oil. It taste like shit.
I went and bought my usual peanut butter and looked at the ingredients and to my suprise it was pretty much the same thing except it had a little bit of sugar (A LITTLE, NOT A LOT OKAY? SO STFU SAYING IT'S FULL OF SUGAR) and something else. But that's it.
PEANUT BUTTERS LIKE JIFFY ARE FINE TO EAT. THEY'RE JUST AS GOOD AS THAT HEALTHY CRAP. SO DON'T FALL FOR THE "PEANUT BUTTER IS PACKED WITH CHEMICALS" CRAP FROM VEGANS.
