What the fuck? I personally think rare/medium rare all that shit isn't good. I've always liked well-done, steak. What is the problem? Kiss my ass. I can't believe these comments..
"I grew up in a restaurant, specifically a steakhouse. All steaks were weighed/sorted when they came in on the truck. Sometimes off weight/crappy steaks went back to the packer for credit, sometimes grand dad would grab a shitty steak when some one ordered it well done. He figured anyone stupid enough to order a steak well done wouldn't know a shit steak when he got one. Broke his heart to ruin a good steak by overcooking it."
