After menopause, a woman can freely engage in unprotected sex with a trusted partner. While it is true that many women may not be as active sexually as when they were young (could be as a result of the menopausal symptoms like dry vagina), research has shown that there are other women whose menopausal experience gets them having increased libido and would desire to go on with sex just like before.
