Last episode, after the elimination of Jane from the Earth tribe, james appeared tot ake control of the Earth tribe forming a tighter tribe brought together in unity. However Tina seeing she was on the bottom of her tribe began to devise a plan to align with Greg and Savage to futher herself in the game. At the immunity challenge they managed to pull it together to force the water tribe to go to tribal council. After the challenge it became clear that they lacked physical players on their tribe so it was obvious that sundra had to go after a weak effort. Taj was not very keen on seeing a female voted out when they overpowered the men 3-2 on their tribe in numbers but at tribal council, Sundra was sent home 3-2 with Neleh flipping to vote with the men and send Sundra home

Meaning that the water tribe have a date with me at tribal council. vote someone out from the water tribe.
