The Jurors will listen to your speeches - then they will get a chance to ask questions and/or make a statement. - As the Finalist, Dan, Qaz and Roman; you will get the opportunity to answer and or reply to questions/comments. - The Jurors will then cast their votes for a winner based off of the knowledge they receive during the FTC.
All votes for a winner must be cast by January 4th - Monday @ 3pm EST
The Live Reunion will take place January 4th - Monday @ 5pm EST
But jsyk people from my alliance plz don't be bitter towards Roman, we were all in an alliance pre-merge excluding him so him flipping was actually a GOOD move unlike Kass in Cagyan
First off good game guys. I'll get into it a little more but their were prolly eight or nine dudes other thans us three sitting here that could have won this game. We were all studs. I think Im here though because I saw that a little quicker and acted on my instincts other than my heart. If i had stuck with my heart the Naranjos would have stood strong and might still get to the end but I dont win. Not against Grant, Kamani, Leo or Josh. For me it was ethier stay true and lose probably or forge my own path, take some risks and try to take out the all big dawgs.
Throughout the game I tried to socialize the best I could and make bonds with people. I know at Naranjo everyone was playing hard and their were few different alliances over there. I was able to build trust with you guys enough were I think people saw me as a vote they could use down the stretch and probably more of sheep than a wolf. However, I was making plans well before the merge mostly because of my pre game relatinship with Niko on the other tribe. I waisted no time and I gave him my half amulet to make an idol. He wasnt able to use it but he passed it to Roman, which led to the formation of probably the most important and unexpected alliance of this game, me and Roman.
We both had similar situations. Him being on the bottom of his tribe and me being the ugly step sitster to too many cinderellas. We both knew this meant we could form something and try to keep as many people off balance during the merge as we could. I really didnt try to stand out in this game until the Kamani vote but after that I tried not to hold back and play aggressively. I didnt want to control the game but keep the game chaotic in a way so people were off balance. With idols everywhere I knew if people could predict the path ofthe game they could play idols better so I tried my best to keep the game changing and to always be at the heart of the change.
Sometimes it was hard. I didnt like jobbing Kamani or Grant like that. Leo was also tough to swallow but to be the winner I had to take out the other ones. i think what allowed me to make the moves I did though was my social game, keeping people on my side and trying to play dumb or scared whenever I needed to get out of a jam. You might not like the way I played but I believe it was the only way I could have if I wanted any hope to win. I wasnt afraid to give away amulets (Grant and Niko) and get them when I needed too ( Roman, qaz and evan). I wasnt afraid to make moves, even the tough emotional ones. I wasn't afraid to try to play to win the entire time and hope that was enough. I can get into specifics if you want but I tried to keep it brief.
To my fellow finalists good luck bros. Roman you were a great ally and we were in lock step throughout this merge. Our secret alliance was the main reason I was able to do allot of the stuff I did. Qaz you were also a trusted ally and someone I know I could trust no matter what, you stuck with me even tho sonetimes it might have hurt your game. You were a greay broski to play with. PLEASE READ THRU ALL OF THIS. I will show u why I played the best game.
Starting off, I got into tight alliances. I made f2s with these guys in the f5 that I created with grant, Leo, Josh and dan, who would not be here had I not done this. The first vote was voided because walker was eliminated.
I made cross tribe alliances with Andrew and afd, and solidified a f5 with them and dan and grant. I used that information to help me further in the game, finding out Roman was on the bottom. The Zach vote was pretty straightforward because he was Inactive.
I kept my deals strong, and we voted out Evan because he was inactive.
Once the merge hit I had a plan. I had allies. I orchestrated the Jorge vote out because, I felt like Noah and nano had idols, and I was tight whit afd and Andrew. Where does that leave Roman? I used information to bring him into a deal with me. If I did not make that deal he would not be here today.
I then was given safety by Leo, due to my social game. I actually wanted them to vote Noah, because my deal was strong with Andrew and I would've been fine if a naranjo left.
At the next vote, my boy kamani was voted out, because of INSECURE AND PARANOID DAN AND ROMAN. But my social game brought them back with me. If I didn't do that, they would not be here!
We tricked Into playing his idol for afd, and blindsided Noah. We were playing like an old school alliance and following the course. ( I finally got Noah out, I looked for idols for hours and he always beat me to them).
The next vote was the turning point in the game. First of all, I was not winning with grant or Leo in the finals. No chance. Secondly, I was n.4 in the alliance and they were making deals without me. So I just said, u know what? If u want to win make a bold move and make them have no choice to vote u in the ftc. AND NO, ROMAN AND LEO DID NOT FLIP ME.
I had to get grant and josh back on my side, and I did so perfectly. They trusted me like a f3 again, and I could get rid of afd. (We weren't close anymore). I won immunity, EVEN THO I MISSED HALF OF THE CHALLENGE! I manipulated nano and afd into believing grant was the vote, and I pulled nano back in immediately.
I had to get nano back on my side so I could make my FOURTH major move of the game. Blindsiding the biggest threat named grant. I did so and he was gone and now I had full power.
My FIFTH MAJOR MOVE. I played Josh and nano against each other and I was now top dog again. I won immunity. Josh would've won if he was here, so I cleared that up.
I won my third immunity at the f4 really easily. I voted out the underdog nano, and here I am!!
PHYSICALLY. I won the most challenges (3) and I played a huge role in the premerge wins! They both sucked physically, so I take the edge here.
STRATEGICALLY. I made SIX major blindsides, and yet I was always in a great position. That's strategic play to me. They were always paranoid.
SOCIALLY. I was always in tight deals (maybe like 15?) and everyone trusted me at some point after the f9. I maneuvered and manipulated greatly.

I didnt believe that Josh. I always felt Grant played a very smooth social game and to me that seemed like a last attempt to get get his foot in the door. I didn't expect him to actually lie down at F4.
But Roman, u talk trash about nano, Josh, grant, afd, Leo and Noah and now u apologize. If u r thinking between dan and Roman at least vote the honest one

I see problems with all of the these thing.
1. I don't really care about this one, it may have been your idea but it wasn't a game changer.
2. Flipping on Leo was good in the short term, but in the long term it lost you even more respect and a jury vote that you desperately need.
3. This move was not strictly yours, I had wanted AFD forever; don't claim stuff that isn't yours
The Jorge move. I'm not sure if u remember our deal with Andrew and afd, but I trusted them. So I didn't want them gone. I knew nano and Noah had idols, so that left Jorge. I think it was Leo who asked who we should vote, and I was right on the ball.
The Leo move. Had I made the move in the first vote, that's there move. If I do it in the revote, it's now MY move. It also changed the course of the game.
The afd move. Roman wanted u gone, but I knew I had ur loyalty. So I manipulated him into voting afd and keeping u in the game.

Qaz, idk if you've played a group game before, but you NEVER say that to jurors EVER. It ruins any possible chance of the person voting for, it would take a novel of explaining, but it would have been possible to sway me. There's no going back now.
Here's why I am not and no other juror should even consider voting for. First of all, you're not owning up to your game. You were not a master strategist, you were a sheep. You just played under the most powerful players. If you were really a master strategist you would have ended up like Noah and Leo, this is Survivor not Big Brother.
The 3 moves you "made" are not solid evidence and can be disputed easily. You also claimed to have caused 6 blindsides, then you say you only did 3 things. You can't get your own story straight and you have no idea what you even did. Its like your writing a paper on a topic that you know nothing about, so your just pulling generalizations and trying to formulate something out of nothing. It's not working Qaz, you were not the best player this season. So please sit get down from that cloud you're on.

I thin Roman's biggest flaw was blowing up on ppl early in the game and making a spectacle of himself when he's got no other options. I think his antics early worried ppl and turn some ppl off from him in the game. He just need a little bit of a softer touch socially when ot came to certain spots.

I know it sounds cliche but just getting to the final 3. I dont think i can point to one instance and say that's why I deserve to win. I think the entire game I played is something for me to be proud of and just getting all the way is a big acomplishment in a season with lots of idols.
As for Roman's flaw I kinda got into but he can be somewhat of a loose cannon and rub ppl the wrong way when hes got his back to the wall.

You were playing a great UTR game until the f7 when you needed to get more aggressive. I think the reason you scraped by those early votes is that you were smart enough to get targets in front of you like Grant n Leo. It let you get to the f5 and you were a couple challenge wins a way from being here. As perso you always seemed cool and I was kinda surprised at your reaction when we voted ya out but I get where your coming from. The only thing that worried me about you was you seemed kinda quiet or didnt say allot to me atleast I never felt like you had my back a hundred percent even before I started being a snaky fuck. I think this was more an effort on your part to remain less threatning and only reval info when you really had to

I think my distinct move that sets me apart is early on and later in the gsme I wasnt afraid to give my amulets away to stengthen social bonds. The one I gave to Nico on day 1 that was used to ale the idol that saved Roman is evidence of that. I always though potentially having an idol or even half amulet made you seem more threatning so I was never afraid to throw it away. I gave the one I aquired at the merge from Evan to grant to help us try to get through the merge vote,At the f5 tho i used my social game to keep me safe by getting two amulets before the vote.

Qaz did you really make a move this game. All I can remember you doing was switching your vote to avoid rocks one time. Dan and Roman were a clear final 2 and had control basically all merge. They had so much control that they had the opportunity to take the biggest goat with them to finals and they chose you so congratulations
Dan you played the same strategic game Roman played. But when I look at social and physical game. Roman talked to me much more than you did. When I was on the bottom and tried talking to you this attitude of superiority came off. Also I don't know the statistics of immunity wins but I did notice Roman was way more active at challenges
Anyway Roman definitely deserves this win. I totally predicted what was going to happen in the game after I got out you can ask the host. I knew josh and qaz were too stupid to do anything. Also I knew that Dan didn't care enough about the game to betray Roman who clearly did more than him.
People have constantly admitted, that I was one of the stronger players in this game. I'm not going to comment on that because I'm not sure it's true. Literally, no one said you have been a strong player but you keep insisting that you are.

Ok so the biggest thing I think we can all agree on is that it is between Dan and I. We basically played the same game post merge. We talked over every move and everything we said to all of you in private messages was discussed with one another. So when deciding the winner I think we really have to look at who had the harder road and I believe that is easily me. I was at the bottom on my original tribe. I was the ONLY person in a season full of idols to successfully use an idol. That is because I had great self awareness of not only myself but also my other players. I couldn't even talk to 3 people on my tribe for half the game because I was a white level.
I am not going to sit here and bullshit you and overstate my game like Qaz is and also Dan to a certain extent. Dan had a much easier road to get here than I did. In fact I thought I was fucked when AFD called me the biggest strategic threat at tribal council. I literally thought I was going to be labelled a threat like Grant and Leo and get booted. But I didnt. And I think another redeeming quality about me is that I wasnt afraid to work with people, even after I had already been activly plotting against them like with AFD and Nano. Honestly I am super happy I got to work with Nano post merge because I was trying to vote him out pre merge. And he ended up being a great ally, albeit jury threat (sorry again buddy). But yea I will cover more in my answers to your questions. I will also address the slanderous comments Qaz has made against me. I didnt talk bad about other jurors, especially Andrew and Jorge. Like I was super grateful for them giving me their amulet halves even though I had voted them out.
Lastly I want to use the challenge with the rope cutting to demonstrate my game. I convinced all the good players to vote each other out because I wasn't "threat" only to start competing and taking people out. That's how I played this game. I was a wolf in sheeps clothing.

I haven't trusted you an Dan since Kamani got voted out. Like I really never did after that, but I had no choice to work with you filthy pigs, so there's that. At this point I believe Dan should win, so you need to prove to me that your game was not just sheeping around, and flipping on all the people who "trusted you"
Josh I think you and I take a similar approach to certain aspects of this game: We don't bullshit when we don't need to. We both knew that we werent going to the end with the other and we didnt try to keep it a big secret. It was a mutual understanding. I didn't lie to you time after time after time like Dan did, almost for no reason especially at final 5. He was very proud of getting you guys to think he was back in with "Nanjavo." So yes I flipped on people but I didnt drag them in the mud before doing it. And that is part of the reason I think I deserve your vote. Along with the fact that I wasn't afraid to go after big players, even back when I was on Tikal. I wasn't afraid to go against the majority and create a scene.
I think if I hadn't established trust with Naranjo and been able to atleast keep a little bit of it throughout the merge tho Roman's game falls apart a bit. I think he needed me a little more than I needed him

Well other than making it here, personally for me the things that ring the most with me are when Niko, Jorge, and Andrew gave me their amulet halves. Because it shows you the kind of social game I could play once people would talk to me. And I dont bring it up to like demean Jorge/Andrew for giving me amulets after voting them out but I was actively talking with them and it just never worked out for me in the game to roll with them. Josh you were an UTR player. You messaged people when you had to and you didnt cause unnecessary drama *cough Qaz cough* You held your own in challenges and I was afraid of you as a physical player. As I said in my video, I think you almost win 9-0 if you had won out during those final two challenges and here is why: You were the most loyal player in this game. As far as I am aware, you did not flip on any allies. You were a straight shooter. In your application, you said you were a "villain." But in this game, I think you were the hero.

Dan's flaw is that he lied/manipulated when he didn't need to. Like I said to Josh, I feel what he did at final 7/6/5 was unnecessary. He knew he was voting them yet he continually lied to them. Hey Grant great questions. Yea a lot of the moves were made by groups but one move that I forgot to mention in my speech(but it is in the video) is when Noah got voted out. Dan gave me the idol clue and then I gave the clue to Noah without telling Dan. I told Noah that if he found it he had to give it to me which he agreed with. He found it, lied to me about finding it, and then refused to give it to me. I knew then he didnt trust me enough so I encouraged him to not "waste" it and to play it on AFD so we could blindside Leo. My intention was to flip back and work with Tikal, and somewhat go against Dan cause Dan wanted AFD/Noah out but that betrayal made me flip back to blindside Noah with the rest of the group and it worked. Not trying to insult Noah but sharing the idol clue and scheming with him was my own move.

For Roman he was very driven to survive, he was good at mending relatinships he might have damaged and he used his soical game to always be in on the vote post merge. For flaws he was bit dramatic, sometimes a little cocky to work with and he didn't really take any risks in this game because he was never in a position do so, most things he did was his always way out.
For qaz he was loyal, he wasn't ever percieved as a threat and he played a good physical game. Sadly i think my first two positives were also flaws as he was probably too loyal to me and Roman and also didnt make enough moves to establish himself as a clear treat to win. Roman DESERVES to win this game. on day 1 there was an alliance between me, Nano, AFD, Andrew, Jorge, and Chael called the sinister 6. We targeted Nico and I threw a vote on u, u barely got through, after Chael quit u were the next target, but u put fear into my mind about2 idols and u used your connection with me for your idol play. Had it not been for your connection withh me I wouldn't have told u about u getting votes and u would be gone. Then at merge he made the right move and flipped from the tribe he was at the bottom off, made a connection with Dan and Kamani and got himself into the loop. He managed to keep his connection with me and made a mistake by giving me the clue but fixed it as he convinced me when we went on call.
Honestly Roman should get 1st, Dan defo deserves 2nd cuz he played great too and deserves votes, Qaz u should get 0 votes u little shit neither of the finalits think u should win either.

Out of all 18 id say Nano as well. He was in a great spot and really was on challenge away from winning the game potentially. Its tough because we had allot of great players but Nano managed to stay of the radar while playinf socially still.

I dont really go into a game trying to be anything. Sometimes the situation calls for heroic action and other times something more underhanded.
