You are being biased by the anti-Israeli media such as BBC and CNN. Terrorism is killing innocent people on purpose. That is what Hamas has done when he killed 3 Israeli teens on their way back to school, that is what they did when they killed 30 people and injured 140 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passover_massacre ). Just like they did while killing a 4 year old boy two days ago by a mortar bomb. And there are hunderds of examples through the years.
IDF however is shooting only places where rockets are being fired from. It's doing it after warning civilians to leave terror area, and sparing leaflets in those areas.
why would IDF kill innocent in purpose? Israel gains nothing from dead civilians, if Israel was not so carefull about civilians in Gaza there would have been at least 10000 deaths. (btw - 25,000 germans, most civillians, dided only in 3 nights during ww2 just in Dresden ...)
