So I just got The Sims 4

and apparently it's "Limited Edition" and comes with two discs
any idea what the 2nd disc is for?

Both will be used for the installation, once all the stuff is downloaded from the first it will tell you to insert the second, then probably will tell you to put the first back in to finish the installation.

_teemo_ no it doesn't, it's probably labeled as a "limited edition" to be distinct from a collector's edition or an edition that came with an expansion built in. It's just the basic game is what they are trying to say.

O I just found this on the internet (Amazon)
The Limited Edition includes the Life of the Party Digital Content Moonfelar bowling4fun so I guess it's not just there to make you feel special :P!

_teemo_ I understand it now. When I first read it I thought it meant that the game was somehow limited or lacking something, but what a limited addition means in this sense is that only a limited number of copies of that version, including the bonus content, will be produced. It's just a marketing ploy to get you to buy the game sooner rather than later.

haha ikr moonfelar, but I also checked the standar version's retail price and it was the same so I glad my mom bought the limited edition instead! lmao (I only told her I wanted the sims 4 from her trip to USA, didn't specify).
It's not a lot of stuff but at least it's something :)
