Survivor Spoiler Question

Does the fact that the premiere is a double boot episode with 2 immunity challenges potentially upset the first boot spoilers?
I know that there was speculation on who wins the first immunity challenge from the previews but if there are 2 challenges could it be possible that the celebration scene is from the second immunity challenge?
