17. BRANDON GETS VOTED OUT OF SECOND CHANCES (S13, SURVIVOR: ENGLAND- SECOND CHANCES)
Alright so yes some people are going to argue with me about Brandon brandonrichie making the top moments. I very well understand Brandon is everything of the following in regards to my series (adult supervision is required before reading this)...
-A villain.
-A potential generic version of Russell Hantz with the exception of making it to Final Tribal Council 2x (so close).
-A very polarizing character but knows how to play the game in terms of strategy (social meh).
The list goes on with characteristics to describe Brandon. I think guys like Chastain and Carraid73 have some choice words to describe him but I rather not this turn into a personal attack. Rather lets reward Brandon with a top moment.
So during Second Chances Brandon was everything I listed above and more! But there is some smaller things I left out. Brandon played in back to back seasons with 77 days combined tied 4th in the series, had 22 VOTES cast against him the most in the series and liked being very outspoken to the point he wouldn't mind going into verbal arguments and personal attacks.
Sorry I'm getting distracted from the main objective which is describing how Brandon got voted out of Second Chances.
So at the final five tribal council in England- Second Chances it seemed like all hope was lost for Dan TheDirtyBrock however Tico ticofernandez had an idol he was willing to play on him since he had immunity and was going to use it on him. Until Brandon thought he could potentially trick Tico into playing the idol on him seemingly trying to get Tico think that his core three of Qaz and Shadi were disbanded. Brandon thought the plan wasn't going to work and decided to flip on his ally Qaz.
Here is the kicker...
Tico actually played the idol on Brandon in a #WTFMoment!
This led to Brandon getting one vote negated with Dan getting one vote and Qaz getting three votes. If Brandon would of voted Dan it would of tied and Dan would of went home on the revote most likely sparing Qaz his core alliance member for one more round (Brandon was going to turn on him at F4). Also Qaz was considered to be a shield for most people so had he stayed in the game Brandon would of made Final Tribal Council likely.
This vote actually went into somewhat of a Domino Effect. The next round Shadi (Chastain) who won final immunity who was considered to be Qaz's closest ally. In response to Brandon turning on him and voting out Qaz he obviously campaigned to get him out. He also had pulled aside Tico about potentially voting Brandon out and Tico agreed judging he was in a tough spot as well.
This is where things get interesting...
Brandon had the mindset still he wanted to go with Shadi and Tico to the Final 3 and was going to try and get Dan to throw his vote so he went home. But what Brandon didn't realize was that he needed Dan's vote to even have a shot of doing a fire-making challenge! I believe Brandon thought he had Tico's vote but I think Tico did originally want to keep him until he realized he had a better shot against Dan. Well Brandon did get Dan to throw his vote to Tico and Brandon votes Dan which ultimately leads to well...

Brandon definitely overthought the game here but it was an entertaining moment nonetheless. He even won the prestigious Da Roob Award for this moment!
