what does it mean when someone has 'stolen a seat' or 'stole my seat' in frats?

NO CLUE.

if you "stole the seat" then your frat has the stars seat. If someone stole the seat, then you no longer have it. Whichever Frat ends the game with the stars seat in their possession gets to enter 1 person into stars for free
