an old lady! they always make the show. Donnie isn't even an "old guy". He's 42, that isn't old. He just looks much older. What happened to the Rudy's of Reality TV???
coreyants what robyn kass said when asked this question is that not many of them apply to be on the show. so like maybe 10 apply per year and like 15,000 people apply that are 21-30 so they can't just pick one person from that 10 because they could be all duds and it would be super unfair to all the other people. she says they get the odd "older male/female" that stands out but it is very rare not many are willing to live with a bunch of young adults....

dusty2244 if 15,000 apply then why are they scouting half the cast? i rather watch real fans play than models who have never seen the show prior to being cast. it's ridiculous.
