Mark and I had gotten into a couple of arguments. I won't go into detail but I was hurt so he didn't want to go to the beach. He ended up letting me go for 15-20 mins. After 10 mins I look for his car no where to be found. This is Huntington Beach so every street looks the same. I call Mark 20+ times he has my car charger but decides not to charge his phone: I literally looked for him for 2 and a half hours. I knew he was exhausted so he could have fallen asleep. shyannemystik was trying to help me find him but no luck. After over four and a half hours, I was sick worried not just about Mark but my own well being. All my stuff was 45 mins away so I couldn't just uber back I didn't have Mark's address handy.
I even had to go to the local CVS and buy a charger for $30 and stay there forever and charge it. I left a voicemail/texted Mark to meet me there.
I thought Mark ditched me because who "sleeps" for almost five hours? He told me he ended up leaving to go out to eat and fell asleep so I would have never been able to find him. I know it's a safe area but I was worried sick. Mark had some weed on him and could have gotten arrested if he was driving high again. Regardless of our sexual history, I care about Mark as a person. Eyoomarcus tried calling his parents landline to see if Mark was home but no answer. I went to the police station and no one was there but I was trying to have them help me find them. But honestly you would have thought your friend stranded you if this happened. Thank you cookiewisdom for your help too
