Ahhhh, I'm so excited. There is a casting call tomorrow for the newest Jake Gyllenhaal movie, called "Southpaw". It's about a boxer who fights his way to the top, then finds his life has fallen apart. One thing I've always wanted to do is be an extra in a movie or TV Show. The last time I had an opportunity to be an extra in a movie was when "Dark Knight Rises" filmed in Pittsburgh. Now I had EVERYTHING ready for that one (my parking pass and information I needed during filming). However, I was placed on the schedule at work and unable to make it. I feel like I'm getting a second chance to do this and I don't want to miss this opportunity. I don't know if I'll actually be cast as an extra or not, but it will be kinda cool if I did. Then I can cross that off my bucket list. Plus they will be filming at the BEAUTIFUL Kovalchick Center in Indiana. Indiana is not that far from where I live so the location is like PERFECT for me. Plus, according to imdb.com, Rachel McAdams, Lupita Nyong'o, and Forest Whitaker are rumored to be in it.
I'm so excited, yet nervous about this. I want to do this so bad. The only bad thing about this is that filming starts June 16 and I'm going to Erie June 20-23.
