You have to remember that Survivor is a social game and jury management is key to winning.
You can hate her all you want but Sandra was able to convince two different juries to into voting for her which is something no other castaway has been able to do.
If you do not believe that she has no social game, then you have to look at her first season, where she made it to the end with 0 votes and was 1 jury vote away from being the first perfect winner.
