Is he smart? Well as Julie put it I'd say he's "not stupid." Believe it or not you can make a bad move in Big Brother and not be an idiot. Cody is clearly smart in some ways, just not in a strategic sense - there are many ways to be intelligent and at the very least Cody is his own man with a strong sense of mind. Much better off than 80% of this cast imo.
