Big Brother and online Hunger games.

basically a great idea

tengaged_moderation how about this. instead of limiting the users that fund and enjoy this site, make the age requirement 18 and above. or maybe make an option the user could click stating that they are 18+ which would legally free you of liability.

13 year olds do not need to be on this website. that would solve problems and the need for moderation would be minimal since you would be able to post most anything.

You'd cut off mature 18- users, so that's not a good idea.

there's no way to prove if someone is 18 or above...
which is why the 13 age limit doesn't work on here unless the kid is stupid

where do I go (A 15 year old) to play a big brother game?!??!

it doesnt matter if you have to prove it vans. think about porn sites. you click "yes im 18+" and everything is all good. no one comes behind you to check.

Not really really 18+ maybe 15 or older because half of us teenagers that are 15 or older don't really care about the sexual content. If a title of someone's blog is disgusting and it says it has a picture I don't look. It's mainly the younger kids who are in middle school that complain.

haiiderr you could still play! you just wouldnt have full access to the site that would contain graphic material.

heyitsmaggee wouldnt that just defeat the purpose of having it? im sure many people would lie on the "Are you 18 part?" just like i do on porn sites...

brookie0126 yes i know 15 year olds dont care but you have to think of the legal aspect. if you state youre 18+, tengaged is no longer responsible for what you see.

vans..... so? people lie already saying theyre 13 when theyre now. havent you read those popups? "by clicking this agreement, you state you are 18 years old or older and are no offended by adult material."

bam, all is settled.

heyitsmaggee Yeah, true. Honestly, my opinion is if you don't want to see that stuff then ignore the blogs. You can see the titles and some of what's written. If it's sexual don't click on it to see the full thing. The kids need to learn.
