Our TV provider

Has cut our channels and we are still paying a monthly fee, TF. Then I call them and pay for it because of our phone provider being different, I stay at least 3 mins listening to bs, AND THEY HANG UP ON ME! WHAT THE ABSOLUTE HELL!
