I know in real life people steal and that's hard to control but on here surely back when rando was around he could have come up with a system where shop owners could make stock only available to whoever it was meant for...
i dont think rando intended for shops to be gifting shops rather for all of them to compete so public buys designs every week when he thought of the idea
