As the BLOGS are increasing, many people just neg some blogs randomly!!!
so i thought we can specify who can VOTE on our BLOG
There might be people who dont know ya or people having some hatred towards each other and those two or more people just neg blogs :P
And we can select that EVERYONE can vote or give the names of people who cannot VOTE on your blogs
Those who love BLOGGING & also this will be GOOD way ???
WHAT ABOUT THIS IDEA ??? :)

I think there could be PROFILE VISITS count on the PROFILE of users and only the person himself can see it !!!
but the PROFILE VIEW count can be seen by others but PROFILE VISITORS by only the person who is logged on the SYSTEM
