Tony because Sandra didn't necessarily win HvV for her gameplay. She just won because they hated Russell so much. Sandra was just carried to the end imo.
Like a lot of the cast at the reunion admitted that they should've voted for Parvati (who should've won IMO)
I mean, idk. I'm not discrediting Sandra because at the end of the day, she had a good FTC performance. Nobody can take away the fact she won.
I don't see Tony winning because he's such a big threat, but if he does... I'd probably consider him to be the better of the two, although Sandra did do it first.
