ok i think that Daryl may have been taken by the cannibals (the hunters)
the hunters are the group at Terminus
Maggie and Glenn will be reunited
Lizzy will stab Mika and possibly Judith as well (like when Ben stabbed Billy, or the other way round i can never remember)
Rick and Carl will be reunited with Judith (if Lizzy doesn't kill her first)
Tyreese will find out about Carol/Lizzy killing Karen and David
Lizzy was the one feeding the rats
Beth was taken by Father Gabriel
the groups will all meet at Terminus (minus Beth and Father Gabriel)
Tyreese and Carol hooking up (like in the comics)
if Terminus is the hunters 1 person will be eaten there and Terminus will fall, possible from Glenn, and Abraham attacking it to rescue everybody
after Terminus falls they will find Beth and Father Gabriel.
the group in the end will begin heading to DC to the Alexandria safe-zone (which is why the last episode is call A)
