well not really anything big other than Norman Reedus apparently was in tears for a hour after filming the mid-season final, so pretty much confirms everybody's suspicions that Beth or Carol are gonna die, but maybe they'll shock us and both will die.
Aydanmac01 at this point in time i think everything is leading to one of Beth or Carol dying (maybe Sasha or Tyreese as well) but I really think that they are gonna end up (comic spoiler) Daryl meet Lucille instead of Glenn.
splozojames50 most spoiler sites also had Rick, Daryl, Michonne and Carl finding Beth's head at Terminus at the end of season 4, as she was seen filming for episode 14 of season 5 but i'm gonna assume Beth will end up dying, her filming ep 14 could be just a flashback or a vision since that was the only time she was spotted
