12 teams of 2 (24 players all up) will play in this, it will be a quick after joining the teams will be randomly selected, the race will play like this
the pair will play games as challenges, each game will give you a timer after it, so for the 12 teams it will be
minutes
1st 0+
2nd 1+
3rd 2+
4th 3+
etc
after all game challenges are completed for that dc, the team with the most time at the end of each dc will be eliminated.
time carries over each dc which means after f3 dc the team with the least amount of time in total will be the winner.
how each dc works
the dc will comprise of 2 game challenges
The Detour: both players in pairs will play the challenge BUT there are two different challenges one from each pair will play a different challenge each, your placements on each ladder will determine your placement for the detour challenge
Road Block, this challenge will be only 1 game BUT this one can only be played by 1 member of the pair, the placements will be made
the detour dc will last about 6-8 minutes whill road blocks will be 5 minutes.
this will allow time for teams to chat and a chance to grab an item.
bonus items that will appear each dc will be:
Fast forwards: which won't be a challenge but will knock 2 minutes off your score which could mean the difference between staying or going.
Yield: Yields will allow you to add 2 minutes to another teams score which you could use on whoever is winner or on the team above you to save yourself from elimination.
Sounds nice, totally unoriginal but my problem with all of these people saying the same idea is if that your partner could be a troll and leave you, making it impossible to win.
How are the partnerships set up, Jimmy1661?
Do the players pick their pairs on day 0 after the game is full, or during enrollment?
Would the unenroll feature be there if your isn't there or logged off before the game filled up?
Do you automatically get paired up by joining simultaneously? Which could cause problems...
Or are 2 users always considered a pair and if one player enrolls, the other is given 24 hours to say yes or no to joining. If they say no, the other is taken out of the game.
