Mark Rossi: ( DragonJason) Mark and Katy keep an eye on Oscar, they aren't sure whether he is the same person they remember
Katy Rossi: ( Kaseyhope101) Katy helps out with her medical training whenever she can, but she has a gut feeling that something big is coming their way.
Oscar Mills: ( ghrocky100) we find out what happened to Oscar after he left Mark and Katy, we also find out what happened to his brother and father
Maria Mitchell: ( SomebodyAwesome) Maria's is pushed even futher out of the leadership circle, she doesn't like being pushed aside.
Zakhai Silva: ( rawr121) Zakhai and Taylor are the only members of the group at the Base, they talk to a few people and make their decision on whether they are good people or not.
Jill Anderson: ( Macda27) Jill elects a few of her own to step up within her group, she and Alberto make an alliance and they are welcomed, but can she trust him.
Steven Hardgrove: ( DragonJason) Steven steps up into a bigger role, he helps Jill out a lot and continues to train Christian.
Julie Gillespie: ( MariahAnn) Julie is scared that her mother is also dead, and when she sees her sister wanting to fight to find her she wants to fight too.
Kimmy Gillespie: ( Bad18Life) Kimmy becomes increasingly worried about her mother, she ends up going off on her own to find her.
Doug Johnson: ( rawr121) Doug takes a step back in the community, he doesn't think they can trust these people and still wants to head to the coast, he also hooks up with Cassie.
Christian Hunter: ( Jimmy1661) Christian continues his training and helps a lot of people within the community with their problems.
Annie Clarke: ( Macda27) Annie still doesn't trust anybody because of her secret, she thinks somebody is gonna figure out she is the President's daughter.
Mini: ( Minidude13) Mini continues as Jill main right hand man as he advises her on a number of decisions, he also wants to lead the search for Taylor.
Taylor Bartlett: ( KarmaArrived) Taylor's back story is revealed, as we as her and Zakhai getting closer, but when Greg also has an interest in her, who will she pick.
Alec Wheeler: ( Black0ut247) Alec continues to help when needed, he is really starting to feel the guilt of killing Maria's family.
Jake Acres: ( Warthhogs) Jake still remains in the background, he is a very quiet person but is very worried about Taylor.
Scott Wilson: ( Clementine117) Scott cannot identify any of the men who took his group at the Safe Haven but still doesn't trust them, he and Walter go searching for them on their own
Walter Bourke: ( Booyahhayoob) after losing Misty, Walter will do anything to get her friends back to safety.

Alberto Gonzalez: ( ghrocky100) Alberto is the leader of the Safe Haven, he and Greg have a mutual agreement for peace but Greg believes Alberto has some of his people captive, Alberto denying it.
Stacy Peters: Stacy is dating Alberto, she is a strong woman who clashes a lot with Cassie, Stacy is very welcoming of Jill's group
Cassie White: ( Warthhogs) Cassie is Alberto's ex, she is extremely jealous of Stacy and Alberto and tries to use other people to get back at him
Eli Jarreu: (#Jimmy1661) Eli met Alberto during the inital outbreak, they have survived for a while together and Eli has full trust in his leader
Melissa Hall: not much is known about Melissa, she keeps to herself mostly but is fine to help out when needed.
The Base:
Greg Flint: ( Booyahhayoob) the man who saved Zakhai and Leader of the base, Greg believes that Alberto has some of his people but knows he can't attack until he is sure.
Unknown Male: (#Jimmy1661) cannot give away anything about this character because it will spoil the story.
Anthony Chapel: ( Booyahhayoob) An army Officer and Lee's older brother, they have both worked hard to build their community at the base and won't let anybody take that away from them
Lee Chapel: ( DragonJason) also in the army and Anthony's younger brother, Lee is a good judge of character and can use it to his advantage
Michelle Nickles: ( Macda27) Michelle used to be a small time actress, she is very good at getting others to do what she wants.
The rest of Scott's Group:
Sean Wilson: ( ghrocky100) Scott's older brother, he sacrificed himself to let Misty be freed and so that the girls wouldn't be locked away alone
Talia May: Ruby's girlfriend, Talia, Ruby and Misty all went to the same university together
Ruby West: Talia's girlfriend, Ruby is a very positive person and always looks for the good in people.
