dose anyone have the same problem

The template is a psd file and somehow my computet can't download psd files. if anyone know's how to fix this problem without waisting my lottory money on a new computer, cause i just got this one. So please HELP

seriously i got some great desing in mind but i cant make them if i cant download the template

you need photoshop.

psd stands for PhotoShop Document.

I have a photoshop CS3 and template cant be downloaded.What i must do to download it???
