Catching up on BBCAN2

I’m still trying to catch up but Paul got evicted?! Why If Ika won the PoV she could have got rid of Andrew or Kenny.  You know MAKE A SMART MOVE! Paul could have been used as a scape goat for so many things. Getting Paul evicted was just a waste of a HoH. Yet again I’m still catch up so I don't know the full details to why this happened.
