In Big Brother US unlike other versions of the game boos are very rare. Very few players get them even if they are disliked by the fan base or if they are made out to be the villain of the show. Why do think that is? Does there game play make up for nasty action or is the audience just more forgiving?
well in the US version of Big Brother fans arent as interactive with the show such as voting and all those go, everything is done by the houseguests themselves so maybe thats why?
I think it's because production for US usually gives better edits to the worse people. The only people I can really think of getting boo'd are Christine and Aaryn
Plenty of people besides them deserve to get boo'd (and I don't think Aaryn should have. Yes she said some racist things, but the difference is that big brother went along with it instead of editing it out like they did with some favorites such as Janelle (BB 6/7/14) and Jeff (BB 11/13)). Christine on the other hand deserved all the boo's she got
They don't want anyone to BOO because it will show the evicted houseguest how they are being seen on the outside world, hence everyone cheers. In the past few years there has been rebels and they have boo'd, although production immediately asks them to STOP.
