Veganism/Vegetarianism is a first world diet

Apr 13, 2016 by legend_of_link
To even be a Vegan you need to have the money and even the health care to go fully vegan. What if you don't have to money to shop at stores that have organic fruits. For many people buying organic food is pretty pricey. Not only that but you need to have the money to keep buying supplements to keep your body regular because you can't get all of your protein, zinc, iron, etc from just getting organic foods.  To add on to this my mom's boyfriend is from Nigeria and I talked to him about Vegetarianism and he told me that  chicken, fish, and beef  is too big of cultural staple for him to even think about doing it.  That is true for a lot of cultures too. Many cultures around the world have meat as huge stable of their culture.
