Most countries that arent the US do not have this thing where you need to tip the waiter or the pizza guy.. I guess its a nice thought but its not expected and I think thats how it should be. I dont know what they get paid over there but I see no reason why they should get tipped. Like over here in nz they get paid the same as everyone else
