I would just welcome the bride to the family, say how happy you are that you are having her join, say how pleased you are that dad is happy, and wish them happiness for the future :)

This would have to be from the heart--yours. So, it should be your words.

But.. I did find this... you could tweek it a little ;) only for u nick lol

"A pleasant evening, ladies and gentlemen! I know that some of you may be wondering who the hell am I, and so I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to all of you. I am, for those of you who do not know me, the groom's beloved son. Yes, the handsome groom is my father, and it is for this fact that I am privileged to be named as his best man as well."

"Anyway, I stand here today to formally welcome you all in this celebration. But more than that, I would like to thank each and every one of you who are gathered here today to help us celebrate the magic of this moment – this day when my father and his lovely bride take a second chance at love after their past marriages didn't quite work out as planned." "To my dad, I cannot say just how happy I am for you today. Congratulations! You deserve this, dad, because you are the greatest father in the world. You have always been there for me ever since I was a little boy. You supported me in all my endeavors and in all the decisions I made, regardless of them being right or wrong. You taught me things, and you taught me well. You have been so patient with me, and you understood my weaknesses and limitations. You pushed me to work harder and to become a better man."

"I have always looked up to you, dad, and I have always been proud of having you as a father. And although, you and mom didn't make it to happily-ever-after, I want you to know that I don't blame either of you. I am still happy for you today – on your magic moment, on this memorable day that marks the start of a new journey for you."

"So, to my father and his bride, congratulations again and may your marriage be a lasting one this time around. To that I propose a toast."
