i need something to mindlessly watch whenever i don't want to study for the mcat so is there a GOOD but also sort of shitty reality-competition TV show with multiple seasons that i can watch
like with actual good editing and characters and not survivor/BB/RPDR/TAR

i mean u kinda get spoiled who the winners are in the s5 (or 6 idr) intro but honestly it doesnt matter

s1 is like the first season so it's not very good except for like 3 ppl, s2 has santino and s3/4 are good but those are my favs up there
