It was used in a form of if she's pissed at me than she can kill herself, many of us use can go to hell or can go fuck herself, in his vocabulary he uses can go kill herself...like seriously no big deal in my opinion, a little bit inconsiderate considering she did a memorial for his grandfather but no different than if he had said she could go fuck herself.
